Final Grade Construction started with a vision, a strong work ethic, and one major step forward — Cody Romines, CEO, purchased the company’s first skid steer. What began as a small operation focused on dirt work laid the foundation for what would become a growing construction business built from the ground up.

In the early years, the focus was on dirt work, land clearing, and site preparation, helping property owners turn rough land into usable ground.

In 2020, Final Grade took an important step in its growth by moving the business from Sunset, TX to Paradise, TX. This move created new opportunities to better serve customers across North Texas and continue building a reputation for dependable land and construction services.

Final Grade Construction started with a strong work ethic and a clear purpose: provide reliable dirt work and land services that property owners could count on.

By 2023, Final Grade Construction reached another major milestone by establishing its first official office. With steady growth and a growing demand for services, this marked a new chapter for the company as it continued expanding its operations and strengthening its presence in the region.

As the company grew, so did the scope of work. Final Grade began taking on more advanced projects including building pads, ranch roads, ponds, and larger property improvement jobs, becoming a trusted name for dependable land services across North Texas.

Today, Final Grade Construction has grown into a full turnkey construction company with over 7 employees and a wide range of services. What started with a single skid steer has evolved into a trusted business providing dirt work, land clearing, concrete, metal buildings, barndominiums, and complete construction solutions across North Texas.
